Greet and assist customers, keep shelves stocked and organized, operate the register, and deliver a friendly, helpful shopping experience. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
Receive, organize, and track incoming stock, prepare online orders for shipment, and help keep our inventory accurate and our warehouse running smoothly. Attention to detail and dependability are key.
Answer customer questions by phone and email, help resolve orders and returns, and make sure every customer leaves happy. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
