Our Return Policy

At NAZMUL HASAN LLC, your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods and grocery items.
• Opened health & beauty or personal care products.
• Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or a replacement for a defective item? We're happy to exchange eligible products at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Our team reviews it and emails you a return authorization within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
4. Receive your refund or exchange once we process the return.
